As a Java J2EE Web Developer you will be responsible for designing and developing our next generation leads platform (a sophisticated matching system bringing buyers and suppliers together). 

• · Designing, developing and deploying a java web based system handling leads, billing, CRM etc. The system must support a high-throughput and is distributed
• · Employ strong design patterns, scalability and quality coding skills to the job
• · Evolve from designer sketches & system requirements to AJAX UI development; middle-layer to the DB; as well as interfacing with external systems via XML & SOAP
• · Work in a small team with a major responsibility for growing and shaping our technical platform
• · For those interested, there is a possibility to grow into a leadership role

• · 3+ years experience in web based Java development
• · Experience in web based OO multi-tiered java development using: Tomcat, Eclipse, Hibernate, Struts, CVS, HTML, SQL and XML is required
• · Web 2.0, AJAX, SOAP, Linux knowledge and experience in working with Open Source products is a plus
• · HBO/University in IT
• · An independent self starter
• · Dutch not required
